When I don’t post for a day or two, you shouldn’t be thinking that I had just forgotten. No, when I don’t post, that means something BIG happened, and today I am going to tell you about the thrilling time I had this weekend.
I am going to separate this weekend into two posts, this one for Saturday, than this one for Sunday. Anyway, on the Saturday I woke up fairly that in the morning, and I was getting ready to go out when I had heard some interesting news. I was told that we would be staying the night at some cottage. Earlier in the week, I was told that we would be going to a cottage, but they had failed to mention the fact that we would be staying there. I did not mind this, other than the fact I had a cold resurface the night before.
It took less than an hour to get to the cottage, and when we got there I was in store for another surprise. We would be staying the weekend with some extended family, all in a rather small loft. Fortunately for me, I had gotten my own couch/bed for the evening so no worries about having to share with a smaller host cousin. Not that I would have minded that at all, they remind me all too much of my little brothers back home in California.
Once the evening had hit, I must admit I was not in the best of moods. The worst of the cold was coming upon me, and I was then told that we would be going out to another Jarmok, or festival. I was under the impression that Jarmok is meant for shopping, and looking around, but once the younger kids had their fun on the rides, we left back to the cottage. I unfortunately did not get any pictures of this because it really was not all too different than what I had gone to in my home town of Banska Bystrica.
The rest of the evening was slow at best, with nothing more really happening other than me changing into my pajamas. Although it was an eventful, it is nothing compared to the absolute thriller that I had today (Sunday). I would definitely recommend checking that post out!
