Slovakia Update #75 – Relaxing Public Holiday

For the past two days, I have been doing nothing other than relaxing. Spending a lot of my time reading and writing, I can say that even though it might appear I did not do much, I do have a good sense of accomplishment. November 17 was a public holiday in Slovakia, equivalent to maybe the 4th of July in the US. Although it was a holiday, nothing seemed all too different in the country, other than less buses running. Today is exceptionally short, mostly because I have plans to spend my time doing other things this evening, and that I really didn’t do much that I would like to share in the past two days. Tomorrow I plan on going out of the house if the weather is nice, although it has been fairly freezing recently, making me less eager to go out and explore.  Anyway, that’s all for today.
